I don't know why people can't accept negative critics but they do accept positive ones even if they don't deserve.
Accepting positives ones is easy but a negative one is also a valid critic and you can't always expect good for everything, we are not perfect so when we make mistakes we should know, accept them and correct them.
Saying something negative doesn't mean being rude or doing it to hurt (unless that's the intention but then it's not valid & the person doing it has not respect or manners) it's just being honest just like if it was a positive one.
When something is well done, someone is good, etc it's good to reward it by doing a positive critic... when it is the opposite we should be honest so it can be corrected and it doesn't happen again but it gets better, It's something to improve one self, that's something good.
Still people get mad when someone says something that doesn't praise them... you are not perfect, get over it. Not everything will always be on your favor...

Find the balance.
No sé porqué la gente no puede aceptar las críticas negativas, pero aceptan las positivas incluso sin merecerlo.
Aceptar las positivas es fácil pero una negativa también es una crítica válida y no siempre puedes esperar bueno de todas las cosas, no somos perfectos así que cuando cometemos errores los deberíamos saber, aceptarlos y corregirlos.
Decir algo negativo no quiere decir que se es grosero o se hace para herir (a menos que esa sea la intención pero entonces no es válido y la persona que lo hace no tiene respeto ni modales), es solo ser sincero como si fuese una crítica positiva.
Cuando algo está bien hecho, alguien es bueno, etc está bien recompensarlo haciendo una crítica positiva.. cuando ocurre lo contrario deberíamos ser sinceros para que pueda ser corregido y no vuelva a pasar sino que mejore, es algo para mejorarse a uno mismo, eso es algo bueno.
Aún así las personas se molestan cuando alguien dice algo que no les alaba... no eres perfecto, ¡supéralo!. No todo estará siempre a tú favor...
Encuentra el equilibrio.
